Tuesday, February 26th the official teaser for the fifth and final season of You dropped. This sent fans of the series into a frenzy and has caused many to speculate on the internet. In the trailer we get a glimpse into the new and approved life of “Joe Goldberg” as he returns to a familiar territory. Showing how everything will always come back full circle.

The clip, released this week, emphasizes Joe’s return to New York City, where the first season took place. With it taking place here, many are starting to believe that this could bring back Joe’s obsessive and violent tendencies. The tone in the trailer came off as dark and suspenseful, with Joe’s internal monologues hinting at his continued struggles with his inner subconscious.
