10 Throwback Songs for Summer

Missing that window down, sun kissed skin, hair in the wind feeling, but the weather just really sucks? Take a listen to these 10 throwback songs and you are sure to be in the mood for the upcoming weeks!

O.M.G. – Usher, will.i.am: Usher said himself that this song’s overall experience was, “Futuristic, edgy, sexy, energetic, cool, connected, relevant and artistic.”

Live While We’re Young – One Direction: This song is about being young and living simultaneously.

Ms. Jackson – Outkast: He is really sorry, for real.

I Gotta Feeling – Black Eyed Peas: I heard it was a good night, so I’d say he has really good intuition.

DJ got us fallin’ in love – Usher, Pitbull: this song is about a DJ who played songs and the people fell in love because of the DJs ability to play good music.

Superbass – Nicki Minaj: This song is explicit.

Everybody Talks – Neon Trees: It starts with a whisper. That was when he kissed her, and then his lips hurt. The chit chat starts, talk of love shacks, oh my! Don’t tell mom, she’ll have to backtrack when everybody talks!

Starships – Nicki Minaj: The point of manufacturing starships was for the purpose of them flying in the sky, so Nicki had a good point when she wrote this one!

Locked out of Heaven – Bruno Mars: I’m not really sure what he meant with this song because he isn’t dead, but it is a “bop” regardless!

Nothin’ on you – B.o.B, Bruno Mars: Every single person is beautiful in their own way, but our boy Peter was really entranced by a specific lady’s looks.

Modern music stinks, except for Bryson Lashun Potts, so we hope these songs bring you the same feeling of “sunshiny” moods the way Mr. Potts does it for us.
